Sometimes I wonder how is it like to grow old. I like to confess that it can be scary when I take a look at some of the older folks around me. My own father in law is now 92 years of age and in the recent years, he had to resort to using disposable diapers as he could no longer control his bowels.

For women, growing old means having to tackle wrinkles, sagging skin and beauty concerns. There are of course botox and lipo and all sorts of facial laser treatments to counter these beauty challenges but there will come a day where all these treatments just won’t help anymore. Personally I do believe that if you intend to try out anti aging treatments, you should start a little younger. Don’t wait till the first signs of crow’s feet or wrinkles or you may take a longer time to erase those lines.
