Sometimes I wonder how is it like to grow old. I like to confess that it can be scary when I take a look at some of the older folks around me. My own father in law is now 92 years of age and in the recent years, he had to resort to using disposable diapers as he could no longer control his bowels.

For women, growing old means having to tackle wrinkles, sagging skin and beauty concerns. But today, men are catching up with the fever. No longer are they new to Botox, liposuction or any beauty treatments.
