Well, I used to have a friend who love Air Jordans and would buy a pair whenever he’s overseas. He is a collection of sports shoes. Though I am not a collector of shoes, there are some brands I particularly like and would buy them whenever there’s anything new. In a few hours’ time, I’ll be shopping in this shop that sells only ballerinas. The colors are so pretty that they are so hard to resist. Talking about shoes again!

When out shopping; find a shop selling quality gear for half the price of what it would cost to dress in designer gear. You will find similar or duplicated designs to the latest craze in most stores. Is the content of your wallet/purse holding you back from making a purchase. Then get yourself to the local second hand shop and pick up a bargain. You won’t want to end up in debt after purchasing that designer clothing or you will be spending more money on natural sleep aids!

Stick with the trend by wearing the colours in fashion. Charity shops donate to good causes, so as well as looking a million dollars you help the starving people of the world.

I love shopping for shoes online – from neos overshoes to my favourite birkies. The benefits of wearing sandals on your feet vary to the activities that you are interested in. Sandals obviously do not suffice for any activity that requires proper foot protection. Flip flops are great for using in public areas and can protect your feet from fungal infections, warts, and lacerations. Last week I was searching for some hip hop clothes for a friend who is celebrating her birthday early July. I am glad to find some good sites online and the prices are attractive too. It isn’t easy to find hip and hop clothes in the malls and there aren’t many good brands around. But with online shopping, you can visit many virtual ‘malls’ within a short time and many of them offer free shipping when you purchase a certain amount. That is just so convenient for shoppers who are looking for a touch of difference in their apparel.

Sometimes it’s hard to be environmentally friendly in all areas so I have decided to do my part a little at a time. Even when it comes to shopping for led light bulbs, I was shopping around for energy saving ones. Besides saving money on electricity, it is earth friendly. It’s nice that many shopping centers are handing out their own eco shopper bags. This is a move to encourage shoppers to use less plastic bags and recycle their shopping bags.

So if you are going shopping this weekend, make an effort to bring your own bag. You can find many decent looking or cute eco bags which means you can be environmentally friendly without sacrificing style. Like I said, you don’t need to start converting your house to an eco friendly one but little steps like these can be a great start.
