I have been buying things online and I’m fortunate to have more good than bad experiences so far. Sometimes when I buy things from stores, I do get good service but I just dislike finding a car park in the mall. These days, when you end up with a defective product, you can either ask for an exchange or some people may engage a Defective Product Attorney if the company is not happy to forward an exchange.
