I never quite know what it is to miss a particular food until I started overseas.

When I was a teenage, I am a big girl and my mom is always worried that no one would want a big girl like me. Some friends suggest that I try out appetite suppressant cos I’m always munching and snacking away. BUt I resorted to a good exercise program in the gym and I do feel good about it. I’m trying to eat more vegetables and fruits these days and I know that by changing my diet, things will get better and I will be trimmed and slim in no time!
