It’s been seven weeks since we moved in to our rental home. It’s a nice townhouse in a quiet and pleasant suburb and we love the fact that it’s so close to our son’s school.

What I don’t like about rental homes is that we need to be extra careful not to create any dents or marks on the walls.There are also a few things that await replacement and one of which is the kitchen faucet which is leaking from week one. The resident manager has been taking too long to get them fixed and I hope they take it seriously. Apart from those small complaints, we like where we are and would love to buy a house in this suburb in a year’s time. Perhaps it’s time to start searching a house once we settle ourselves down.
