Living in a country with a sub tropical climate can be nice if you are that sort who don’t like extreme weathers of cold. After so many years of living in Asia, I’m happy to take a break from the heat and move down under.

When I was younger, I loved traveling with my girlfriends to Australia during winter as the weather is much nicer and we can doll ourselves with all the thick clothing. We loved cuddling under heated mattress pads and wearing all the woolen scarves and hats, it was nice. On one occasion, we traveled to a ski park and stayed in a cabin for a night – it was terribly cold but we enjoyed it.

Hopefully our family can go skiing in the mountains next year in either Mt Buller Victoria or Sydney. It should be fun and nice.
