Back to Normality
After traveling around Asia in the last few weeks, it’s time to take a break and settle down for some serious stuff. I have been away in three countries within three weeks and it was exciting. But now that the fun is over, I need to get down to business and before anything else, I should have a detox.
I love food and eating is so pleasurable. Yet, it’s time to try out that colon cleanse that worksafter all that eating out during my travels. I’m back to my health drinks in the morning and I also need to start exercising! My bones are stiff and my muscles need some stretching. So this is the week that things will resume to normality and I’ll be listing down my priorities too!
