Being big isn’t a bad thing yet sometimes society makes it a social taboo. Some people are born ‘big’ – they have bigger frames, bones, body structure…etc. But that doesn’t mean they are fat. Obesity is a different. Personally, I think obesity is a choice unless you are on medications that make you put on weight uncontrollably.

Otherwise, one should be able to control his or her weight but making good lifestyle choices. These days, many people have the options of using slimming pills if they are big but one should always consult a healthcare professional if he/she has any complications. Exercise is a good way to stay fit and to avoid excessive weight gain.
