I started my depression therapy two weeks ago for my aching back and neck and it’s beginning to show improvements. I have never really paid much attention to my back and neck until recently when I started experiencing pain.

Being early for my therapy sessions is good. It helps me start the day right and it’s been an easy drive to the therapy place. With the proper entrance and exit signs, parking is a breeze and I can be home in under an hour. This morning, I was exceptionally early and that allowed me to sit down for a hot chocolate before heading for my therapy session.

So now I’m shopping for a good Tempur pillow for the better of my neck. I know it isn’t cheap but it’s a good investment to look into.
