Have you ever felt like fasting for a month after standing in front of the mirror in your bath towel? I do!
Sometimes, I wonder how I can get rid of those flabs on my tummy and wonder if I can ever put on my bathing suit again! If you are thinking of losing abdominal fat, you would need to be patient as that is one of the harder areas to lose. Doing sit up repetitions or crunches may not solve your problem but you would need to cut down on some foods that aren’t too good for your weight control. Sometimes losing those tummy fats isn’t just about looking good, it’s for long term health and knowing that you are putting in the right stuff into your body.
