Live a Balanced Life
When we grow older, our body and health tend to deteriorate. As such, it is important to build a good foundation when you are younger by keeping yourself active and fit.
I used to be active in aerobics until my knees started to display discomfort. Since, I had switched to a rebounder which was kinder to the knees and ankles. Lately I have been experiencing a bit of joint pain and started to take some supplements to cope with it. It is inevitable to experience some pain and aches when age catches up but I really don’t want that to start so soon!
A good and healthy lifestyle is to eat wisely and keep a balanced diet. A healthy lifestyle can also mean getting enough rest and don’t overwork. Getting sufficient sleep is also important to keep your body in optimal health. Sleep is a time where your body rest and rejuvenate and healing takes place during that time of quietness and calmness.
