We went shopping in the new mall yesterday and for my hubby, it was an eye opening cos he had not been back to Singapore for a while. He was excited to see the latest Ion Mall in Orchard after hearing all the raving reviews from friends and the media.

As he wasn’t someone who enjoyed shopping, he was browsing around the food and beverage outlets while I was looking out for my favourite fashion stores. We had a look around and he caught sight of a pair of Hudson jeans. I was pleasantly surprised that he realized that it was some time since he bought himself something new.

He ended up with a couple of new pants and a nice linen shirt so it was a shopping spree for him. I for once was happy to be accompanying him and not buying anything. It was a nice time out in the mall for a holiday anyhow.
