A few new cafes had sprung up in a nearby mall in the last few months. I’m kinda surprised that the cafe culture is still booming even with the over supply.

On a warm afternoon or balmy evening, you can see lots of coffee drinks with laptops hanging around in the cafes. I suppose this is a time where people can also unwind and catch up with friends over a drink after a hard day’s work. With the strong social networking scene in the worldwide web, many would just hang around in the cafes for wifi connection too.

For me, I would prefer to get things done in the comforts of my home though I wouldn’t mind a catch up with a good friend when I can find time. So it looks like cafe culture has helped to foster relationships among friends.
