Well, no bride wants to be overweight on her big day, isn’t it? So, when I heard that my cousin is getting married, i was thrilled and happy for her. But I know she’s been bothered with her overweight issues and since, she has been working hard to find quick solutions to deal with her problem.

My cousin tried many things to lose those excess fat. She would try out diets for quick weight loss and even go for weight management camps, but they don’t seem to work very hard on her on a long term basis. Her greatest problem is snacking. Due to her busy schedule, she tends to skip main meals and finds herself snacking at odd times of the day. Worse still, she isn’t consuming healthy food at all!

The only way for her to lose weight is to change her eating habits and in this case, she needs to make a conscious effort to observe her meals and avoid snacking. Keeping some healthy snacks like fruits and vegetable sticks are great to keep her weight in check in the long run.
