It is good news to hear that unemployment rate is decreasing which goes to show that the economy is picking up.

Many of my friends had lost their jobs during the recession and some had even taken on the courage to start new businesses. With less job postings, companies are more choosy and tend to pick the best among the crop. It is common to have pre-employment screening for many corporate firms and employers like to ensure that they are not running into the trouble of engaging someone unqualified.

Let’s see how the economy is faring in the next few months. It should be a better year for most people in most parts of the world, employment wise.
