Rejuvenate Your Senses and Pampering Treats
After a hard day’s work, a soothing bath is all it takes to rejuvenate our senses and renew our minds. This explains why many pampering spas are sprouting every corner especially in retreats and island resorts.
For me, I prefer to go to a pilates class and stretch my body and increase my flexibility. Making an appointment with my facial therapist or masseuse is a pampering treat when I feel tired and mentally drained. These days, you can even create your own ‘spa’ in your home as long the space allows. By fixing walk in tubs in the home, family jacuzzis are getting popular too. This can be a good bonding experience when the vacation budget is cut due to economic challenges.
No matter how bad times are, taking a break to revitalize the body and mind is essential to help us move further in our journey in life. When is the last time you gave your body a pampering treat?
