I find myself looking forward to another weekend after a long and tiring week.

This week, I started a new Pilates class with Polestar Pilates and I am looking forward to more. The internet line in the home office had been terribly bad and it had affected our productivity level. When you are in the online business, you tend to depend greatly on the internet connectivity and little hiccups can bring lots of frustration.

In my rolfing sessions, I’m learning to be more aware of my body and strengthening certain body parts to regain my flexibility. I can see that many people are going for weight loss products in this 21st century when they are doing very little for their body, whether it means to exercise more or eat wisely.

Tomorrow we’ll be shopping for some home furniture for our living area and I’m hoping to find myself a nice oversized bean bag. It’s been a long time since I relax over a nice movie in the living area eversince motherhood took a toll of my time and daily routine. Home harmony is really about spending quality time together as a couple or as a family and I hope you are doing these nice things this weekend.
