Some of my friends often ask me for tips on how to lose weight since I often keep myself abreast with healthy eating and fitness news. Actually many people keep talking about their weight loss goals but they are not willing to make sacrifices or changes to their lifestyle. Personally, I believe that there is no magic to losing weight. It takes determination, patience, commitment and real efforts. Without these elements, no pills, tablets, programs can bring any visible results.
