extreme stress is disastrous
Extreme stress has the same disastrous effect on the capacity to learn as it does on the ability to think. People under severe stress (death of a hallowed one, or other traumatic event, for example) find it far harder to concentrate and learn productively compared to other people in a more relaxed occasion of mind. However, some stress are self induced. This can refer to people who can’t seem to stop worrying about everything and they are that sort who can’t sit still and relax for a second. It is therefore important that a mode of relaxation is sought and practiced to maintain a balance in order for one to function optimally.
